Alza 2010 Sensors

What are the sensors available on Alza 2010 engines to assist the electronic fuel injection, monitor coolant temperature and

Alza 2010 Engine Sensors Comments
Coolant Temperature Sensor To monitor coolant temperature - for Alza 2010 normal temperature usually around 82 ~ 85 degree C. Value reaching 100 degree C still possible but considerably high. At normal operation when the coolant temperature getting higher radiator fan will automatically turn on and cool down the coolant down to 82 to 83 degree C
Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor Located inside the filter box to monitor air intake temperature
Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) Located inside the throttle body to monitor the butterfly valve position - on Idle throttle position is around 11.4% for Alza 2010 (OBD2 ELM327 data)
Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor Located at the right side of the filter box - On idle pressure reading usually about 4.6 psi (OBD2 ELM327 data)
Oxygen sensor Mounted on the Exhaust manifold - Value usually fluctuate from 0.1 volt to 0.9 volt (Lean to Rich) or 0.9 volt tp to 0.1 Volt (Rich to Lean)
* Lean = Too much air less fuel in combustion
* Rich = Too much fuel less air in combustion

How many oxygen sensor does Alza have? There are 2 pieces of Oxygen sensor for Alza where one is mounted on the exhaust manifold before the catalytic converter and another on the exhaust after the catalytic converter.
MAF Sensor NONE
Evaporative Purge Valve (Ficd) Normal resistance = 33.6 Ohm
Knock sensor Located below the intake manifold behind the engine
Camshaft Position Sensor Located below the MAP sensor
Crankshaft position sensor Located next to the crankshaft pulley
DVVT solenoid or Oil Control Valve switch (OCV) Located behind the engine top left hand side corner
